    Marss Education Private Limited, is dedicated towards bringing a new era of digital education. Marss, through its various initiatives like the Indian Management Institute, is committed to work with Indian Universities and build digital courses and curriculum to meet the demands of the industry. The courses, the pedagogy, the methodology and the content, produced by the Indian Management Institute, are contemporary, relevant, practical, industry aligned and deep rooted. Indian Management Institute, promoted by Marss, is one of the first institutes of India to bring virtual education to the Indian students. Marss has worked diligently to ensure that all the students of the University, subscribing for these digital courses, shall have access to a uniform standard of teaching using digital tools and mediums. Marss has ensured a right mix of textual material and audio visual tools to ensure a global standard of education for its students. Usage of the right mix of technology and various other teaching mediums, Marss has brought in the true inclusiveness into Indian education.     4. Audio/Video Lectures: A/V Lectures allows a working professional to learn a new concept in 5 minutes.
    5. Notes & PPTs: Notes & PPTs are designed by the professors.
    6. Associate with Excellence: Best works of national and international academic scholars, professors, lecturers, management professionals and gurus are well stocked and regularly updated for students.
    7. Mobile learning – Students access the content on their web enabled smart phones

    List the 5 key challenges faced while implementing the programme/project/initiative :
    1. Challenge: lack of penetration of computers. Solution: We offered free laptops or tablets to the students with course enrollment, to overcome the above limitation.
    2. Challenge: Acceptance of the fact that online education could upgrade once knowledge and thinking. Solution: Usage of online content was made mandatory & internal assessment was linked to online study. Same helped in driving traffic and made students realize that the learning could be so easy.
    3. Challenge: Will online study add value to the resume of working professional? Solution: To overcome this limitation, IMI is providing university degree to its students, so that it holds value in the market. Also, IMI is providing placement assistance to its students.
    4. Challenge: How to provide online content to students to make it available to them from anywhere, at anytime & from any device? Solution: We provided the learning from Next Generation Portal (LMS). Same allows one to access learning material from computer, laptop, tablets, mobile phone and any other internet enabled device.
    5. Challenge: Low penetration of Broadband. Solution: we provided tablets with preloaded content.

    1. Proper analysis of the bottle-neck in the process is must.
    2. Find the technological solution of the bottle-neck, as the entire world is diverting to technology.

    1. Tie-up with more NGOs to serve the nation. IMI has tied-up with NGOs to serve the society and provide knowledge to the people who can’t afford education.
    2. Spreading this affordable technological course to rural India and teach farming to the farmers in their regional language, so that they understand the concepts in a better way.
    3. Empower and enable every underprivileged child with knowledge to make positive difference in their life.
    4. Adding more course line at IMI, thus increasing the target scope
